Registering at the Practice
If you’d like to register with Attenborough Surgery and you live in Bushey, South Oxhey, Carpenders Park, Watford or anywhere within our catchment area, please complete the online registration form below.
To register your New Baby please use the New Baby Registration online form (You will need to upload a copy of the Baby’s birth certificate)
Registration Process
All new patients are registered with the practice and not an individual GP. However, you may still request to be seen or treated by a particular GP of preference.
As a new patient, you are invited to attend consultation within your first 6 months of registering with the practice.
