Park Run
Did you know we’re a Park Run Practice?
We have developed a closer link with our local park run event in Watford to improve the health and wellbeing of health care staff, patients and carers.
We have been involved in several fundraising events to get active. In October this year Dr Pramanik completed the London Marathon raising over £2,500 for Great Ormond Street Hospital.
In June 2020 Sister Elizabeth Cross & Dr Pramanik ran for 24 hours raising over £5,000 for the Peace Hospice in Watford.
We work together with the Active in Herts Project and are one the biggest referrers for exercise in the locality. Each January we take part in Red January with daily exercise challenges to raise awareness for Sport in Mind.

Covid Response
We were one of the first practices in Hertfordshire to start vaccinating our local care home patients with the Pfizer Vaccine at the peak of the pandemic and were featured in the Watford Observer & Kerryman Newspaper.
We have continued to press on with the biggest vaccination programme in NHS history in addition to our regular practice work culminating in our shortlisting at the RCGP inspire awards for Team Response To the Covid Pandemic.
