Non-urgent advice: Fed up with waiting on hold?
The questions you will be asked mirror those of a consultation with your GP. Once we have received your Online Consultation, the doctors will look at your form and get back to you by the end of the next working day. It is likely the doctor will be able to help you via a phone call, text or video consultation and they can arrange a face to face appointment if required.
All appointments with a GP will be by telephone first but you will be offered a video assessment/ face to face assessment when clinically necessary.
