Mental Health Park Run

Join Team Attenborough for a special mental health park run. Our staff & patients will be running to raise awareness of how exercise can help your mental health!

Studies have shown aerobic exercises is great for emotional processing.  

Running releases endorphins which can improve your mood & reduce stress.

Park Run is open to walkers, runners and volunteers of all ages.
