New Patients

If you wish to register with the practice, you will need to attend either Bushey Health Centre or Carpenders Park and complete the required registration forms and pre-registration checks. These may include measurements of your height, weight and blood pressure.

All new patients are registered with the practice and not an individual GP. However you may still request to be seen or treated by a particular GP of preference.

As a new patient you are invited to attend for a consultation within your first 6 months of registering with the practice.
